How to Overcome Depression Quickly | Live a Real Life
Hello my spiritual friends 🙏, today’s article will teach you how to stay truly happy in life. We have shared some practical and experienced methods to overcome depression, anxiety, and a stressed life. If you follow everything mentioned in this article, your life will definitely become peaceful and joyful.

In this article, we also mentioned the suicide attempt of RJ Simran that happened last year, and through that incident, we explained what depression actually is.

RJ Simran the heartbeat of Jammu and Kashmir you must have heard her name. If not, let me tell you. She was a social media influencer who attempted suicide a few months ago.

She had almost 7 lakh Instagram followers. She had everything that people usually dream of name, fame, everything.

And one day, suddenly the news came that RJ Simran committed suicide. How could a girl who always looked so happy end her own life?

And this is not just one case. There are countless such cases. Some because of studies, some because of relationships, some because of unemployment. People take such extreme steps for many different reasons.

But do you know what is missing in the lives of people who take such steps?

They lack the ability to truly live their own life. Many times, we keep so many expectations from ourselves or from others that our real happy face gets lost. It gets buried under responsibilities, comparisons, competition, huge syllabuses, and so on. And then we realize that life is not the way we imagined it.

This is exactly what happens to the people who take such steps. But think once did God give us this life just to live it with pressure and seriousness? No, that can’t be true.

You don’t ask yourself real questions, and that’s why you start accepting your fake lifestyle as your true one. And when this fake mask begins to hurt you mentally, you become upset with life.

It’s not that this never happened to me it did. That’s why I am able to explain this to others. You follow me because you found honesty in my words, and your mind connected with my thoughts.

Now the question comes:

How do we come out of this fake life?

The promises we made to ourselves or to others… when those promises start suffocating us, how do we break free from them?

Ways to come out of depression quickly

Here are some methods that I want to share with you the same methods that I personally used during my own journey through depression:

Stop Living Fake Life

First of all, somewhere inside, you have started believing that this temporary life which will one day end is everything. And because of that, you see nothing beyond it.

In this situation, you must ask yourself a question: “If I die right now, what difference will it make to the world?”

The answer will always be the same — nothing will change, except your parents will be heartbroken.

If you already know that life is uncertain, then why do you let the opinions of this world keep spinning in your mind?

I am telling you this from my own experience — no situation is permanent.

The goals you stress about, the problems that feel huge today… tomorrow they will have no importance in your life. In fact, you might even forget about them completely.

So remove this thought from your mind that “this small problem is enough for me to end my life.” 

Life is bigger than your temporary problems.

Positive Affirmations

Secondly, if we understand how our mind works in a practical way, the mind always stores information in the form of patterns. A major part of your mind, which we call the subconscious mind, is responsible for both your happiness and sadness.

When you keep saying negative things, or repeating negative thoughts in your mind, a pattern of negativity gets stored inside your brain. Because you have been thinking negatively for many days, your mind starts creating countless negative patterns and eventually, we call this depression or anxiety.

If you want to break these negative patterns, you must continuously fill your mind with positive thoughts.

For this, you can use positive affirmations, or you can read good books, or listen to spiritual teachers like Premanand Ji Maharaj, etc.

Practice Gratitude

The third method is to always focus on the things you already have in life, and thank God for them. This means you must practice gratitude. When you do this, your mind receives a positive signal, and it releases good chemicals or hormones that make you feel happy.

There are so many things you can be thankful for — you have a home to live in, you have good clothes to wear, you have eyes that help you see the world, you can walk on your own feet, and so much more.

Because the biggest reason for sadness, my friends, is that you do not realize the value of what you already have.

Make your mind aware of these blessings.

Slowly, as new positive patterns form in your brain, you will naturally come out of depression and stop living a fake life.

Spirituality, Celibacy, Yoga, and Meditation

The fourth method which I mention in almost all my videos is to bring spirituality, celibacy (brahmacharya), yoga, and meditation into your life.

When you follow these four pillars, you begin to understand the true meaning of life.

The more simply and beautifully you live, the more joy you will experience.

All the competition, show-off, and comparison which are major reasons for depression today will naturally fade away when you make spirituality, brahmacharya, yoga, and meditation the foundation of your life.

Spirituality makes you feel the presence of the Supreme Power.

It reminds you that someone higher than you is taking care of you every moment giving you air, water, food, shelter, and clothing, without ever asking for anything in return.

Yoga, especially when practiced daily in the early morning (Brahma Muhurta), keeps your body active and filled with energy.

It helps release happy hormones, making you feel fresh and joyful throughout the day.

I understand that for someone suffering from mental stress, this can feel difficult but try as much as you can.

Meditation keeps your mind calm and gives you a positive inner feeling. It is extremely important for controlling your thoughts, because depression is also a game of thoughts.

Brahmacharya is like a powerful weapon that can help you face and win against any situation in life and this is my personal experience.

In the beginning, you may feel a little bored, because you are adjusting to a new routine and new lifestyle. But slowly, you will start enjoying the practice of brahmacharya.

This is exactly why saints and spiritual masters look so happy, even when they have very few material possessions.
