How to Stop Nightfall?

Eat your evening meal on time and keep it light

Your dinner directly affects the chances of nightfall.

How to do it:

  • Eat your evening meal between 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
  • Eating till 8:00 PM is still okay.
  • Avoid heavy or very spicy food.

Suggestions about milk:

  • If you want to drink milk at night, take warm milk with honey.
  • Avoid very hot milk because it increases body heat and can worsen nightfall.
  • Tip: Keep at least a 2-hour gap between dinner and sleep.


Vajrasana after meals

Sitting in Vajrasana for 10–15 minutes right after eating is very beneficial.

Benefits:

  • It helps your food digest properly.
  • It reduces gas, bloating, and other digestion problems.

      2. Adult content aur sexual thoughts avoid karo – mind calm rakho.
      3. Pet ke bal sone se bacho – side ya back par soyein.
      4. Daily yoga/pranayama – moolbandh, vajrasana, bhramari 10–15 min.
      5. Stress kam rakho – deep breathing 5 min roj.
      6. Digestion strong rakho – raat me dahi/ice-cream avoid.
      7. Mobile ka use sone se pehle kam karo – brain overactive na ho.
      8. Sharir ko thoda active rakho – daily walk/exercise zaroori.
