Adopt These Ayurvedic Remedies and Routine for Hair Fall Problems | Hair Fall Solution
I suffered from a serious stomach issue, IBS, for almost 3 years, and because of that, almost all my hair became thin and damaged. Due to increasing baldness, I started hating myself. But the routine suggested by my Guru not only cured my IBS problem but also completely removed my hair fall, eye irritation, and skin issues from the root.

If you are going through any kind of hair-related problem, then this article can prove to be a blessing for you.

Today, I will share with you a routine that includes Yoga, Ayurveda, proper diet, and Brahmacharya — which can help stop hair fall and also promote new hair growth.

So let’s begin.

Hair Fall Solution

1. Solution Through Yoga

Friends, the biggest causes of hair fall are stress, wrong lifestyle, and poor blood circulation. Yoga is the complete solution to all of these.

Do yoga for 30 minutes every morning, which should include:

  • Kapalbhati Pranayama, which removes toxic elements from the body.
  • Anulom-Vilom, which calms the mind and reduces stress.
  • Shirshasana, which increases blood flow toward the head and helps in forming new hair vessels.
  • Balayam Yoga, in which you rub the nails of both hands. This activates the small hair-related nerves in your scalp.

2. Solution Through Hair Oiling

At night before sleeping, massage the scalp with Patanjali Bhringraj Oil. Apply oil gently on the scalp and massage with your fingertips for 5 minutes. Since it is summer season, do not massage for more than 5 minutes.

In the morning, wash your hair with Multani mitti, buttermilk, or just plain water. Remember — the water must be cold. Hot water increases hair fall problems.

Do not apply oil or any chemical-based product to your hair during the day.

Keep in mind — overuse of shampoo damages your hair.

3. Solution Through Diet

Now let’s talk about the diet, where you need to make some changes because what you eat directly affects your body and hair.

Include the following foods in your daily routine:

  • Sprouts like moong or chana
  • Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, dates — include these in your morning snack
  • Eat more green leafy vegetables
  • Eat one amla every day with your meal; it fulfills your Vitamin C needs
  • You can also drink coconut water, which is considered very good for hair growth

One important thing — avoid junk food, excessive sugar, and fried foods.

4. Solution Through Ayurvedic Treatment

Remember, you should not undergo any allopathic treatment. First, get your Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels checked. If your blood report shows a deficiency in either or both, start taking Patanjali Vitamin B12 Capsules and Vitamin D2K tablets. Since it is summer, also consume buttermilk so these deficiencies can be fulfilled easily.

5. Solution Through Stress Relief

Now let’s talk about stress relief — you must take proper sleep because lack of sleep also causes stress and can lead to hair fall.

  • Take at least 7–8 hours of sleep daily.
  • Reduce mobile usage at night.
  • Practice meditation, connect with yourself — when the mind becomes peaceful, the body becomes healthy.
  • And lastly, a very important point — Brahmacharya, which I always talk about.

Brahmacharya is the one solution for every physical and mental problem.

Preserving your semen is not only spiritual but also physically beneficial. Wasting semen weakens the body, makes hair weak, and even causes sagging of the skin.

By following Brahmacharya, energy stays within, which strengthens the hair roots. And not only hair — eye burning, weakness, joint pain, or allergies — everything can be eliminated through Brahmacharya.

Conclusion

So friends, if you sincerely adopt all these things in your daily routine, then definitely your hair fall can stop, and new hair can also start growing.
